Juan Carlos Bosacoma
Founder and President
Juan Carlos Bosacoma is responsible for all things technical at CIO Landing and is continuously focused on ensuring our clients are delighted with our services. CIO Landing clients have the peace of mind that comes from knowing they have the business-technology partner they need to run their businesses. Juan Carlos is a Microsoft Certified Professional Specialist (MCPS), Microsoft Certified Networking Professional Specialist (MCNPS) and Microsoft Small Business Specialist (MSBS) with 30 years of IT industry experience and the expertise to provide our clients with the highest quality technology solutions.
JC worked in technology for several large companies including Sami Burke, CAP Gemini, and Quaker Oats before starting his first company, USHost.com, in 1995 – one of the first Internet Service Providers in Chicago. After selling USHost.com in 2002, JC founded CIO Landing (previously known as IT Consulting Associates) to provide small and medium size businesses with the technology previously only available to Fortune 500 companies. The company attends a quarterly mastermind group of technology professionals from around the country with the goal of staying current with the latest technology available for small and medium size business applications.
Born in Bolivia, South America, JC received a scholarship to attend the University of Buffalo where he received a B.A. in Computer Science, and later he attended the University of Chicago where he received his MBA
In his time away from the office, JC enjoys paddle tennis, soccer, playing with his two children, friends, family and good food. He is also a member of the Chicago CEO Roundtable, Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and University of Chicago Investment Club, and is an ex-oficio for the Honorary Vice-Council of Bolivia.
Hernan Silva
COO
Hernan Silva received his B.A. in Business Administration from Northeastern University, Cybersecurity certification from MIT as well as numerous technical certifications including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) Servers, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), HIPAA, VMware, Fortinet, Cisco CCNA, CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Security+ Certified.
Hernan has worked for small and large companies throughout his technical and entrepreneurial career. In 1992 started White Paper Computacion in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In 2001 moved to USA, were in 2005 he formed USA IT Help, a successful managed service provider company based in Chicago which merged with CIO Landing.
Hernan is known by clients as someone that will solve all technical problems while making sure clients become raving fans of the company.
Hernan was born in Argentina. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two young daughters Tina and Victoria. He and his wife Andrea love to sail and travel which includes trips back home to see family. Gatherings with family and friends for BBQ’s are a must. He is the founder of Argentina Chicago Foundation, a not-for-profit organization that raises funds to help impoverished schools in Argentina. His favorite hashtag…#keeplearning.
Santiago Susbielles
Finance Manager
Santiago has been an integral part of the finance team at CIO Landing since 2013, bringing with him a wealth of experience and knowledge. He holds a degree in Economics from the National University of the South in Bahía Blanca, Argentina, showcasing his academic prowess.
A dedicated learner, Santiago has pursued advanced certifications in Intuit software, particularly Quickbooks Online, demonstrating his commitment to staying abreast of the latest industry tools. Prior to joining CIO Landing, Santiago accumulated a rich background in financial and banking expertise through roles at Patagonia Bank and the Bank for Investment and Foreign Trade (BICE) in Argentina.
When Santiago isn’t overseeing financial and accounting activities, his passion for basketball takes center stage. With a professional basketball background, he not only excels in the corporate realm but also brings a unique love for the game. In his leisure time, Santiago enjoys reminiscing about the Chicago Bulls NBA titles and the legendary players who contributed to the greatness of the sport.
An avid traveler, Santiago has backpacked through the diverse countries of South America: Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador, fostering a love for exploration. Beyond sports and travel, he has a keen interest in personal development and coaching, regularly delving into relevant literature.
Adding to his multifaceted pursuits, Santiago has authored a book titled “Build Your Financial Freedom” (“Construye tu Libertad Financiera” in Spanish). This publication underscores his commitment to empowering others in their financial journey.
Residing in Madrid, Spain, Santiago shares a fulfilling life with his daughter, Milagros. Together, they indulge in various activities, including handcrafting, camping, reading, and even embracing the joy of mathematics. Santiago’s well-rounded personality reflects his dedication to both professional excellence and a vibrant personal life.
